Our Strategies

Our value-add business seeks to acquire well-located assets that can benefit from our management process, renovations, and re-leasing efforts to increase the value before selling the assets and returning capital to our limited partners.

Value-add assets are held between 2 – 10 years with most being sold between years 3 and 5.

Our buy and hold strategy features stabilized real estate with an indefinite investment horizon and no-to-moderate leverage, where we can unlock additional value through focused asset management.  These assets are typically purchased in the coastal states where appreciation tends to outperform cashflow.
